We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act – DSG, Telecommunications Act – TKG 2021). This privacy policy informs you about the most important aspects of data processing on this website.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally your company, and your message) in order to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your data once it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO) apply.
The contact form does not store or transmit any data itself. It only opens your own email program with your message prefilled; the data reaches us only when you send that email.
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and logos are served directly from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties such as Google.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact office@lisa-ai.eu.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
